Sprouted Turkey Loaf
|Ground turkey meat||1 Pound, raw, thawed if frozen|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Finely chopped scallions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (4.8 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Chopped ginger root/1/2 teaspoon ground ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Mung bean sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sprouted wheat bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Avocado||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except the Avocado sauce and pack into an oiled 8- by 4 1/2 - by 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
2. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 50 minutes.
