|Ground beef||1⁄4 Pound|
|Ground pork||1⁄4 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fine cornflake crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ketchup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apple butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Raspberry jelly||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
Combine all the ingredients, except jelly in a bowl.
Mix lightly, but well.
Pack into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and brush top with melted raspberry jelly.
Let stand 15 minutes in pan, then turn out and brush bottom with jelly.
Slice and serve.
