Special Meat Loaf
|Boneless lean beef chuck||2 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces (907 Gram)|
|Boneless pork||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces (227 Gram)|
|Onion||1 Small, quartered|
|White bread slices||2 , torn into pieces|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Prepared horseradish||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Grind beef, pork, onion, and bread into large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients except bacon to bowl and mix until combined.
Pack into a 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch (23x13x8 cm) loaf pan.
Top with bacon slices.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is well browned and shrinks from sides of pan.
