Special Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Boneless lean beef chuck 2 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces (907 Gram)
  Boneless pork 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces (227 Gram)
  Onion 1 Small, quartered
  White bread slices 2 , torn into pieces
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Milk 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Prepared horseradish 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bacon slices 2
Directions

Assemble Food Grinder with Fine Disc.
Grind beef, pork, onion, and bread into large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients except bacon to bowl and mix until combined.
Pack into a 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4-inch (23x13x8 cm) loaf pan.
Top with bacon slices.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is well browned and shrinks from sides of pan.
