Meat Loaf With Spinach & Mozzarella

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Savory herb with garlic soup mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)
  Fresh bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Frozen spinach 10 Ounce, squeezed (1 Package, Whole Leaf)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, savory herb with garlic soup mix, bread crumbs and eggs.
Place between two 10x12-inch sheets of waxed paper.
Using hands or rolling pin, press into 10 x 10-inch square.
Remove top sheet of waxed paper.
In small bowl, combine spinach with cheeses.
Spread over ground beef mixture leaving 1-inch border.
Roll, jelly-roll style, removing waxed paper while rolling; seal edge tightly.
In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, place meat loaf seam side down.
Bake 1 hour or until done.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
