|Ground sirloin||2 Pound|
|Ground veal||1 Pound|
|Bulk pork sausage||1 Pound (Jones)|
|Bermuda onion||1 Large, finely chopped|
|Green peppers||2 , finely chopped|
|Seasoned salt||3 Tablespoon (Lawry's)|
|Worcestershire sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Steak sauce||3 Teaspoon (A1)|
|Hard boiled eggs||4|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine meats, raw eggs, onion, peppers, 1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoned salt, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon A-l sauce.
Shape mixture into oval loaf form in shallow baking pan.
Gently press whole hard-boiled eggs into loaf.
Sprinkle remaining Lawry's seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce and A-1 sauce on top of loaf as a crust.
Pour water in base of pan.
Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
Turn oven down to 300° and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn oven down to 250° and bake for 45 minutes to 60 minutes, basting frequently with pan juices.
