Joan Crawford S Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground sirloin 2 Pound
  Ground veal 1 Pound
  Bulk pork sausage 1 Pound (Jones)
  Eggs 3
  Bermuda onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Green peppers 2 , finely chopped
  Seasoned salt 3 Tablespoon (Lawry's)
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Steak sauce 3 Teaspoon (A1)
  Hard boiled eggs 4
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine meats, raw eggs, onion, peppers, 1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoned salt, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon A-l sauce.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape mixture into oval loaf form in shallow baking pan.
Gently press whole hard-boiled eggs into loaf.
Sprinkle remaining Lawry's seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce and A-1 sauce on top of loaf as a crust.
Pour water in base of pan.
Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
Turn oven down to 300° and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn oven down to 250° and bake for 45 minutes to 60 minutes, basting frequently with pan juices.
