Meat Loaf With Tasty Tomato Topping
|Potatoes||2 Medium, cooked and dry mashed|
|Ground beef||1 Pound (450 Gram)|
|French onion soup mix||1 Ounce (28 Gram, Package)|
|Milk||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Catsup||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Dry mustard||1 Pinch|
|Brown sugar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
1 Preheat the oven to at 350°F (180°C)
2 In a bowl, combine potatoes, beef, egg, French onion soup mix and milk.
3 Mix well and spoon into a meat loaf pan.
4 In a separate bowl, combine the topping ingredients.
5 Spread over the top of the meat loaf.
6 Bake for 1 hour (or microwave on HIGH 25 minutes.)
7 If cooked in the microwave, allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
8 Slice and serve.
