I prepare this meat loaf with tasty tomato topping with beef as the main ingredient. This recipe makes for a yummy main dish. Add this recipe to your favorites and make it as often as you like.
Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Medium, cooked and dry mashed
  Ground beef 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Egg 1
  French onion soup mix 1 Ounce (28 Gram, Package)
  Milk 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Catsup 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Dry mustard 1 Pinch
  Brown sugar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to at 350°F (180°C)

MAKING
2 In a bowl, combine potatoes, beef, egg, French onion soup mix and milk.
3 Mix well and spoon into a meat loaf pan.
4 In a separate bowl, combine the topping ingredients.
5 Spread over the top of the meat loaf.
6 Bake for 1 hour (or microwave on HIGH 25 minutes.)
7 If cooked in the microwave, allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

SERVING
8 Slice and serve.
