Turkey Loaf

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 2 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Ground raw turkey 1 Pound
Directions

In bowl combine egg, mushrooms, carrot, orange juice, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper.
Add ground raw turkey; mix well.
Press evenly into a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake in a 350° oven about 35 minutes or till done.
Drain off any excess fat, Let stand 10 minutes; loosen edges and transfer to serving platter.
Sprinkle with additional snipped parsley, if desired.
