Basil Meat Loaf
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Ketchup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Plain bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), dry|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Basil leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Put mixture in loaf dish. Spread mixture evenly in a pyrex loaf dish.
2. Cover with plastic wrap. Insert temperature probe in center of meat loaf halfway through loaf.
3. Touch Clear. Touch Auto Roast and 2. Touch Start.
4. At pause after stage 1, rotate dish 180 degrees and insert temperature probe in center of metat loaf.
5. Touch Start.
