Cheesy Meatloaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Egg 1
  Soft bread crumbs 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Fresh)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded american cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly.
2. Spread mixture evenly in a glass loaf dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at Power Level 7 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until center is no longer pink. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
