Best Ever Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup/Golden mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)
  Ground beef 1 Kilogram
  Fine dry bread crumbs 125 Milliliter
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Finely chopped onion 75 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Water 75 Milliliter
Directions

Mix thoroughly 125 mL soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion and salt.
Shape firmly into loaf 20 x 10 cm (8 x 4 inches); place in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 1 hour 15 minutes.
In saucepan, blend remaining soup, water and 30 €” 45 mL (2 €” 3 tablespoons) drippings.
Heat; stir occasionally; serve with loaf.

Exceptional when you use Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup which gives the meatloaf a richer flavor and makes a great gravy for mashed potatoes.
