Best Ever Meat Loaf
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup/Golden mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)|
|Ground beef||1 Kilogram|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||125 Milliliter|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Finely chopped onion||75 Milliliter|
|Salt||5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)|
Mix thoroughly 125 mL soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion and salt.
Shape firmly into loaf 20 x 10 cm (8 x 4 inches); place in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 1 hour 15 minutes.
In saucepan, blend remaining soup, water and 30 €” 45 mL (2 €” 3 tablespoons) drippings.
Heat; stir occasionally; serve with loaf.
