Mini Ham Loaves
|Ham||1 Pound, ground|
|Ground pork||1 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Ground sage||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Combine all ingredients, except Sauce ingredients in medium mixing bowl; mix well. Shape into 8 individual loaves. Arrange in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 15 minutes. Drain. Pour Sauce over ham loaves. Recover and continue cooking on ROAST for 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is done.
3. Sauce: Combine all ingredients in 2-cup measure.
