Old Fashioned Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Condensed vegetable soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Shape firmly into loaf (8x4x2 1/2"); place in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375°F.1 hour 15 minutes.
