Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 2 Pound
  Green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped finely
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley snipped
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Thyme 1 Dash
  Marjoram 1 Dash
  Evaporated milk 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Add just enough water to form firm ball.
Press into baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
