Soy Flour Meatloaf
|Ground meat||1 Pound|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salt||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Soy flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Stone Buhr Brand)|
|Quick cooking rolled oats||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Stone Buhr Brand)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape the loaf and place in a 9 x 5 in. (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes or until done.
