Soy Flour Meatloaf

Ingredients
  Ground meat 1 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Stone Buhr Brand)
  Quick cooking rolled oats 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Stone Buhr Brand)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Shape the loaf and place in a 9 x 5 in. (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes or until done.
