Mini Meat Loaves
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Ground pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Ground veal||1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Carrot||1 Small, grated|
|Potato||1 Medium, grated|
|Green pepper||1 Small, chopped|
|Chopped basil||1 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Red wine/Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese cubes||6 (1 1/2 Inch)|
Place all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl.
Mix together lightly but thoroughly.
Divide and shape mixture into 6 small loaves.
Place loaves on a baking pan or in individual loaf molds.
Press a piece of cheese into the top of each loaf.
Bake at 375° F for 30 minutes.
