This Easy Meat Loaf is so very convenient to make. This bread enriched with beef , vegetables, herbs and spices is truly satiating. Try this Easy Meat Loaf and let me know if you like it.
Ingredients
  Bread 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Egg 1
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

–  Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
–  In a large bowl, combine bread and milk and let stand for 5 minutes, then add all other ingredients.
–  Fold mixture into a loaf pan. Cut 8 thin, serving-portion lines across top of loaf.
–  Bake in oven for 1 hour.
