Easy Cheesy Meat Loaf
|Lean ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Fresh bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 Slices)|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Beef flavor instant bouillon||2 Teaspoon|
|Process american cheese food||6|
Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese food; mix well.
In shallow baking dish, shape half the mixture into loaf.
Cut 4 slices cheese food into strips; arrange on meat.
Top with remaining meat; press edges together to seal.
Bake 1 hour; pour off fat.
Top with remaining cheese food slices.
