Easy Cheesy Meat Loaf

The easy cheesy meatloaf is a beef meatloaf. Prepared with breadcrumbs and tomato juice for flavor alog with eggs, the easy cheesy meatloaf is baked with cheese slices on top and comes out nice and moist.
Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Fresh bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 Slices)
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Eggs 2
  Beef flavor instant bouillon 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Process american cheese food 6
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese food; mix well.
In shallow baking dish, shape half the mixture into loaf.
Cut 4 slices cheese food into strips; arrange on meat.
Top with remaining meat; press edges together to seal.
Bake 1 hour; pour off fat.
Top with remaining cheese food slices.
Refrigerate leftovers.
