Marvelous Meat Loaf
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finley chopped|
|Milk or water||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients.
In 12x8-inch dish, shape beef mixture into loaf (about 8"x4").
TO COOK BY TEMPERATURE: Center Temp Probe in meat loaf.
Cover with wax paper.
Set Programmable Temp at MEDIUM, 15Q°F.
TO COOK BY TIME: Cook at MEDIUM 20 to 24 minutes.
TO COMPLETE: Drain liquid occasionally.
If necessary, shield ends of loaf with aluminum foil halfway through cooking.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
