Baby Meat Loaf is my own recipe for a healthy and tasty meat dish. The ham, beef, potatoes and eggs in this Baby Meat Loaf recipe perfectly blend with each other. And that is why I am so much in love with it!
  Ground ham 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Instant mashed potatoes 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Condensed milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Bouillon cubes 2

1) Mix the ham, beef and potatoes together. Stir in the milk and eggs: Add the bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Form into four small loaves. Place in a well-oiled baking dish.
2) Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Pour liquid into baking dish. Cover the dish with foil.
3) Place dish in a 375 degree oven for 50 minutes to 1 houn Remove foil and place under a broiler for 3 to 5 minutes, until tops are browned.
