Baked Turkey Meatloaf

Turkey meatloaf tastes so good and yummy. With turkey as the main ingredient, try this recipe.
Ingredients
  Turkey mince 2 Pound (or any other meat of your choice)
  Oats 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Red bell pepper 1 , diced
  Yellow onion 1 , diced
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Celery stalk 1 , diced
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon, grounded
  Carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon, grounded
  Frozen spinach 1⁄2 Pound, Defrosted
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2. In a large bowl add in all the ingredients except the spinach. Mix thoroughly with hands.
3. Place the turkey mixture over a parchment paper and press with hands as shown in the video.
4. Top the turkey layer with spinach and roll the mixture to make a loaf.
5. Place the loaf in a loaf pan. Bake in oven for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.

SERVING
6. Serve Turkey Meatloaf with garlic bread.
