Meat & Bacon Loaf

This is a brilliant Meat Loaf recipe!. This tasty herbed Meat Loaf is a family favorite too! Try the Meat Loaf and you will understand why!
  Lean ground beef 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lean bacon 1⁄2 Pound, rind removed and chopped
  Fresh breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Dried parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Beef bouillon cube 1
  Dried peppers 2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 Large
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Red pepper 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Browning glaze 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Tomato Sauce Mixed With 1 Teaspoon Yeast Extract, Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

1 Place beef and bacon in a bowl and work together to combine.
2 Add all remaining ingredients, except the egg, garnish and glaze, and stir well to combine.
3 Add the egg and mix. Press the mixture evenly into a 23 x 13 x 1 Ocm/9 x 5 x 4 inch loaf tin (non metallic).
4 Microwave on power 7 for 12 minutes, and turn twice during cooking. Stand, covered loosely with foil, for 5 minutes.
5 Turn out and brush glaze over surface to add colour. Garnish with parsley and red pepper.
