Ingredients
  Ground veal 1 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄3 Pound
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Carrots 2 , grated
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh sage 3⁄4 Teaspoon, chopped
  Lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

1) Mix all of the ingredients together and place into a baking loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 1 1/4 hours
