Classic Meat Loaf
|Ground ham||1⁄3 Pound|
|Ground pork||1⁄3 Pound|
|Ground veal||1⁄3 Pound|
|Onion soup mix||2 Tablespoon (From Package)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||6 Ounce|
1) Mix the ham, pork, and veal together. Add the eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Stir in the onion soup, mushroom soup and flour.
2) Coat a well-oiled casserole dish. Pour in the - meat mixture, spreading evenly.
3) Place the casserole in a 375 degree oven and bake for 1 hour.
