  Ground beef/Veal 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Egg 1
  Breadcrumbs 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Mushrooms 125 Milliliter, thinly sliced (1/2 Cup)
  Rolled oats 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 , chopped fine
  Fresh tomatoes 125 Milliliter, unpeeled and diced (1/2 Cup)
  Brown sugar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cream 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Grated lemon rind 1
  Basil 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
Directions

€¢ Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Place in a glass loaf pan. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Microwave 20 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
