Veal Meatloaf is simply irresistible. Try this amazingly delicious Veal Meatloaf recipe; I am sure you will always tempt to prepare this for every party!
Ingredients
  Veal 1 1⁄2 Pound, ground (About 750 Gram)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Stale bread 125 Milliliter, crushed (About 1/2 Cup)
  Chili sauce 80 Milliliter (About 1/3 Cup)
  Onion 125 Milliliter, chopped fine (About 1/2 Cup)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped fine
  Thyme/Tarragon 1 Teaspoon (About 5 Milliliter)
  Grated lemon rind 1
  Nutmeg/Mace 1⁄4 Teaspoon (About 1 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

€¢ In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except the nutmeg or mace. When thoroughly mixed, pack into an 8 x 4-inch (20 x 10 cm) mold. Sprinkle top with nutmeg or mace. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave 20 to 22 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
