Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Corn oil 1 Tablespoon
  Soy grits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked in 1/2 c water
  Onion 1 , grated
  Tomatoes 2 , pureed
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tarragon 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and shape into loaf.
Bake in 350° oven for one hour.
Baste occasionally with a tablespoon or two of bouillon.
