Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Soaked, cracked wheat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Dry egg mix/2 eggs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Place in greased loaf pan.
Bake in 375° oven for 1 hour 10 minutes.
