Souper Ham Loaf

Ingredients
  Canned condensed tomato soup 21 Ounce (Two 11/2 Ounce Cans)
  Ground lean ham 2 Pound
  Ground lean pork 2 Pound
  Fine dry bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pineapple slices 4 , cut in half
Directions

Combine soup, meats, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, eggs, mustard, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
Shape firmly into 2 loaves; place in shallow baking pan (12 x 18 x 2 ).
Arrange pineapple on top.
Bake in a 350° oven 1 3/4 hours or until done.
