This Turkey Meat Loaf makes a delicious and wholesome meal for me. But you can eat is as an accompaniment too. Just one loaf with some savory sauces poured over is what you need when you are at your hungry best ! Try out this Turkey Meat Loaf and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
  Cooked turkey 16 Ounce, ground
  Cooked chopped veal 8 Ounce
  Canned sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Enriched white bread 3 (Made Into Crumbs)
  Chicken bouillon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Count 3/4 Cup Tomato Juice)
  Dehydrated onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix well.
Shape into loaf in 4 x 9 inch pan and bake at 375° F. for one hour.
Let stand about 15 minutes before slicing; divide equally
