This Turkey Meat Loaf makes a delicious and wholesome meal for me. But you can eat is as an accompaniment too. Just one loaf with some savory sauces poured over is what you need when you are at your hungry best ! Try out this Turkey Meat Loaf and tell me if you like it !
|Cooked turkey||16 Ounce, ground|
|Cooked chopped veal||8 Ounce|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Enriched white bread||3 (Made Into Crumbs)|
|Chicken bouillon||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Count 3/4 Cup Tomato Juice)|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||1 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix well.
Shape into loaf in 4 x 9 inch pan and bake at 375Â° F. for one hour.
Let stand about 15 minutes before slicing; divide equally
