Family Favorite Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Evaporated skimmed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Instant onion broth and seasoning mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use 3 Fluid Ounces Tomato Juice Per Serving)
  Cherry extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients except catsup and cherry extract.
Shape into a loaf and bake on rack in baking pan at 350° F. for 1 1/2 hours.
Combine catsup and extract to make glaze; blend well.
Baste meat-loaf with glaze several times during last 30 minutes of cooking time.
