Family Favorite Meat Loaf
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Evaporated skimmed milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Instant onion broth and seasoning mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use 3 Fluid Ounces Tomato Juice Per Serving)|
|Cherry extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients except catsup and cherry extract.
Shape into a loaf and bake on rack in baking pan at 350Â° F. for 1 1/2 hours.
Combine catsup and extract to make glaze; blend well.
Baste meat-loaf with glaze several times during last 30 minutes of cooking time.
