Liver Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Liver 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Ground beef 2 Pound (1 Kilogram)
  Sausage meat 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Soft bread crumbs 750 Milliliter (3 Cup)
  Salt 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Pepper To Taste
  Chili sauce/Ketchup 125 Milliliter (0.5 Cup)
Directions

Simmer liver in a small amount of boiling water for 2 minutes, then put through food chopper.
Combine minced liver and water in which it was cooked with the remaining ingredients.
Shape into 2 loaves and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350F(180C).
