|Liver||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Ground beef||2 Pound (1 Kilogram)|
|Sausage meat||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Soft bread crumbs||750 Milliliter (3 Cup)|
|Salt||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Chili sauce/Ketchup||125 Milliliter (0.5 Cup)|
Simmer liver in a small amount of boiling water for 2 minutes, then put through food chopper.
Combine minced liver and water in which it was cooked with the remaining ingredients.
Shape into 2 loaves and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350F(180C).
