Mom'S Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Soft white bread slices 3 , torn into very small pieces
  Tomato juice/Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Press into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or shape into loaf.
Bake uncovered at 350°F about 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven; drain off excess fat.
