Mini Turkey Meatloaves

Meatloaf is one of my personal favorite comfort foods, but sometimes I don't need to make an entire meatloaf! Ashley Pettit shares a fun recipe to make mini turkey meatloaves that are perfectly portioned for any meal!

Ingredients

Bell pepper 1 Medium , chopped
Sweet onion 1 Medium , chopped
Egg 1
Milk 1 Dash , mixed with egg
Breadcrumb 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ground turkey 1 3/4 Pound
Coconut oil spray 1
For sauce:
Ketchup 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Dried mustard 1/2 Teaspoon
Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 450F.

Grease baking pan with cooking spray

MAKING:

In a large bowl, combine bell pepper, sweet onion, egg-milk mixture, breadcrumbs, ground turkey and mix well.

In a small bowl, combine ketchup, worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar and mix well.

Mix half of the sauce to turkey mixture and stir well.

Scoop the mixture into baking pan and top with remaining sauce.

Pop into oven and bake for 20 minutes.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
