Orange County Meat Loaf is a mouth watering side dish. An easy to prepare meat loaf recipe wont let you forget its taste forever. So, give it a try and squander its taste!
|Bread slice||3 , crusts removed|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered basil||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground beef||3 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||3 , cut fine|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Soak bread in orange juice 10 minutes.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Shape into loaf.
Place in pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Garnish with orange slices.
