Meatloaf

Ingredients
  Ground chuck 2 Pound (organic)
  Carrot 4 , peeled and diced (organic)
  Portbello mushrooms 4 , sliced (organic)
  Onion 1 , sliced (organic)
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

MAKING

  1. In a food processor, add in onion, carrot and mushroom. Pulse until well blended.
  2. Ina a large bowl, add in the ground chuck and vegetable mixture. Mix with hands until well blended.
  3. Using an ice cream scooper drop in the mixture to muffin tins and bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes.

SERVING

  1. Serve the meatloaf with paleo blueberry barbecue sauce.
