|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Italian sausage||1 Pound|
Advance preparation: In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, crumbs, cheese, and salt.
Mix in beef and sausage.
Shape in 42 medium size balls.
Bake in shallow baking pan at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes; drain.
Cool and freeze, if desired.
Before serving: Thaw if frozen.
Add to Spaghetti or reheat in oven to serve.
