Cumin Beef Balls

This Cumin Beef Balls is a very simple and easy meatballs you can whip up for any gathering at home. Delicioulsy falvored with cumin and some of your favorite herbs, this Cumin Beef Balls is the best you can make out of groud beef. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
Ingredients
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh)
  Onions 2 Medium
  Ground cumin 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped parsley 6 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon (For Sautéing)
Directions

Using steel blade of food processor, process bread crumbs finely, chop parsley, chop onion, finely grind beef.
Mix beef, onions, bread crumbs, parsley, cumin, salt and pepper.
Shape balls approximately 1 inch in diameter.
Heat a little oil in a heavy skillet, just enough to film the bottom of the skillet.
Brown beef balls on all sides in hot oil.
Drain on paper toweling.
Serve at room temperature.
NOTE TO COOK: These beef balls can be prepared a day ahead and cooked an hour or two before going to the party.
Do not refrigerate.
Carry to party either in serving bowl or on jelly roll pan, tightly covered.
