Meatball Appetizers

Ingredients
  Soya sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic cloves 2 Small, crushed
  Ground ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Ground chuck beef 3 Pound
  Sweet and sour sauce 1 Tablespoon (For Serving)
Directions

Combine soya sauce, water, garlic and ginger; mix until blended.
Add chuck beef and blend lightly, but thoroughly.
Form one inch meatballs and arrange in a large baking pan.
Cook at 275°F, uncovered, for about 15 minutes.
Turn once during the baking time.
These may be served in a chafing dish mixed with sweet and sour sauce or with sauce as a dip.
Serve with toothpicks.
