|Soya sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Garlic cloves||2 Small, crushed|
|Ground ginger||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground chuck beef||3 Pound|
|Sweet and sour sauce||1 Tablespoon (For Serving)|
Combine soya sauce, water, garlic and ginger; mix until blended.
Add chuck beef and blend lightly, but thoroughly.
Form one inch meatballs and arrange in a large baking pan.
Cook at 275Â°F, uncovered, for about 15 minutes.
Turn once during the baking time.
These may be served in a chafing dish mixed with sweet and sour sauce or with sauce as a dip.
Serve with toothpicks.
