Vegan Meatless Meatballs - Part 1: Preparing The Balls

Walnut meatballs are an excellent alternative to the meatballs. They are healthy also. Good for the vegans who want to make dishes using meatballs. These meatballs are crispy and make nice appetizer. You can make the meatballs in advance and store them. Enjoy the recipe.
  Onion 1 Medium
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Poultry seasoning 2 Teaspoon (Mock)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Crackers 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), finely crushed (Any Crackers In The House)
  Walnut 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated in food processor to small pieces
  Rolled oat 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. Blend water and onion until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a lrge mixing bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix ingredients well.
3. Once mixed together, coat hands with cooking spray.
4. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls

The meatless meatballs video would be much easier to watch, if the Pot Smoking boyfriend running the jiggle-cam (tripod please) would shut up and let the poor girl explain the recipe. There is no need to hear some village idiot in the background repeat..."where do you buy poultry seasoning"? "What is onion water", "what are you doing now". This is all self explanatory throughout the video. My Gawd...I had to shut it off half way through. PLEASE...don't do another video unless the camera is locked off on a tripod and the boyfriend is outside sparkin' up a fatty or something. THANKS
