Diced onion 5 Cup (80 tbs) (Small)
White bread slice 1 (With The Crust Cut Off)
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
Chopped parsley 25 Cup (400 tbs) (Use Flat Leaf Variety)
  Mint 6 , chopped

  Egg 1
Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan with some 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook until translucent. Put the bread in a dish and add the milk - set aside. Chop the parsley and mint. Add the lamb, beef, herbs, salt & pepper, and bread and mix well. Add in the onion and incorporate throughly. Add the egg and mix. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll into golf ball sized rounds. Add 1 cup of flower to a plate and add 1 tablespoon of the Greek seasoning and mix in. Roll the balls in the flour and add to a pan with about .25 inch of olive oil. Greek Lamb Meatballs
Lamb Keftedes is a South Asian meatballs dish replicated all over the world with little variations. Here we have a recipe from the chef's grandma which is in Italian style. No rocket science behind the dish but a little involved recipe to keep you on your toes. All the efforts are worth for they are extremely delicious.
