|Dry white bread slice||2 , crusts removed|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Finely grated romano cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Place the meat in a mixing bowl.
Prepare fine bread crumbs in an electric blender or by grating the bread.
Moisten the crumbs with the cream.
Let stand briefly and add the crumbs and cream to the meat.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix with the hands.
Shape the mixture into sixteen to twenty one inch balls and brown them in hot fat
