Smoky Meat Balls
Make your favorite homemade meatballs.
Shape meat ball mixture into small balls using 1 rounded teaspoonful for each ball.
Brown and cook meat balls as directed in recipe but substitute 2 cups of favorite homemade or smoky commercial barbecue sauce for medium Cream Sauce and omit caraway seed or dill weed.
Stir 1/2 to 1 teaspoon liquid smoke into homemade sauce, if desired.
