Browned Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cumberland sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a bowl, combine beef with parsley, seasonings, bread crumbs and egg.
Mix gently and chill.
Form meat mixture into small balls.
Cook in oil over medium heat until well browned and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels.
Combine with hot sauce in a chafing dish.
