Cocktail Meatballs In Wine

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Capers 4 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chablis/Sauterne wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 2 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine meats, onions, bread crumbs, seasonings and eggs; form into very small balls.
Roll in flour and brown in oil.
Mix wine, orange rind and tomato paste; heat to boiling.
Add meatballs; simmer 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Serve in a chafing dish.
