Saucy Meatballs In A Microwave Oven
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Prepare basic meatballs except place meatballs in ungreased glass baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave 5 to 6 minutes.
Drain off fat.
Stir in soup, milk and nutmeg.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until mixture is bubbly, about 5 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and microwave 1 minute.
Garnish with parsley.
