  Medium ground beef 5 Pound (2 1/2 Kilogram)
  Green pepper 1 , minced
  Egg 1
  Dry bread crumbs 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Onion 1 , minced
  Ketchup 150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Dry mustard 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix all the ingredients together and roll into balls (about 1 1/2 oz. or 45 g).
Roll in the chopped parsley.
Place in a shallow baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes.
Drain the grease from the pan and top with a favourite sauce — such as mushroom, B.B.Q. sweet and sour, etc.
Reduce the oven temperature to 300°F (150°C) and bake the sauce covered meatballs another 20 minutes.
Serve as a main course or as appetizers.
