|Ground beef||1 Pound (500 G)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground black pepper||1 Dash|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||125 Milliliter (0.5 Cup)|
|Mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce, cut into 12 cubes|
|Oil||3 Tablespoon (45 Milliliter)|
|Spaghetti sauce||14 Ounce|
In a large bowl, mix together the first 6 ingredients.
Shape into 12 large meatballs, (larger than golf ball size) each with a small cube of Mozzarella cheese in the center.
Roll each ball in flour.
Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat.
Brown the meatballs on all sides.
Drain off the oil.
Add the spaghetti sauce to the pan with the meatballs and simmer about 10-15 minutes.
Serve on rice.
