Little Cheddar Meatballs
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Quick cooking oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Ketchup||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine the egg and milk in a large bowl and beat well.
Stir in the Cheddar cheese, oats, onion and salt.
Add the ground beef; mix well.
Shape into meatballs.
Arrange in a greased 9xl3 inch baking dish.
Combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard in a small bowl and blend.
Spoon the ketchup mixture over the meatballs.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven; drain.
Top each meatball with a small amount of additional Cheddar cheese.
