For all those turkey lovers out there, this Turkey-Veggie Meatballs is truly a deal. I just adore this bake and serve Turkey-Veggie Meatballs. Give this yummy Turkey-Veggie Meatballs a try.
Ingredients
  Ground turkey 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Dry breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely shredded parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded zucchini 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1 Large
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Cooking spray 1
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine first 11 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Shape mixture into 30 (1 1/2 inch) meatballs.
Place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until done
