Meatball Supreme

Meatball Supreme is a simple and tasty dish that is easy to prepare. They are just yummy with warm rice. I serve them often for weekend luncheons with family and relatives. Don't miss out on this wonderful Meatball Supreme recipe.
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Steak sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Celery salt 1 Tablespoon
  Onion salt 1 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Consomme 1 Can (10 oz)
  Bouillon 1 Can (10 oz)

Combine meat, steak sauce, celery salt and onion salt; shape into balls 1 inch in diameter.
Saute mushrooms in butter for.10 minutes; remove from pan and set aside.
Add meatballs to butter in pan and brown well on all sides; set aside.
Blend flour into drippings; add paprika, consomme and bouillon.
Cook until well blended.
Return meatballs and mushrooms to pan; simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
Garnish with small peas, if desired.
